this is one of the best pet shop in the east tn the people are nice and helpful an no alot about therm animals and how to care for them so go see for your self

When I entered the place there was an AWFUL smell that never left the place. There were dead fish in the fish-tanks, dead hamsters in the cages with the others and rabbits were roaming the floors. I saw a Chihuahua that was about 3 weeks old (so they said) it was sitting on the cold floor with a metal cage around it sitting in its own poop..with no water. This place has been closed down and taken to court several times but yet they still operate!

My husband and I visited this store and the minute you walk in the door, there is a horrible odor of animal feces and urine. Upon further inspection of the facility, we found animals in cages that were too small, and dead fish in the tanks. My husband spotted turtles that are illegal in our state and inquired if they sell them. We were told that they cannot sell the turtle, but they can sell us a bottle of food (that normally sells for $1.99) for $12.99 and get the turtle "FREE". They have some shady practices. They have been fined and closed down in the past for trying to sell indangers species in their store.
