Checked on line for complaints prior to selecting Dulles Glass for our shower door. Could not be happier with the service and the price was fair. Will do business with them again.

Good competetive prices, very fast and on time. Proffessional sales crew and very clean installers who where over and beyond nice. I would do business with them again.

I got a refund from dulles glass after filing a complaint with BBB and writing this review.

This is a horrible place to do business with. They messed up orders and they are not replacing the correct piece eventhough it's their fault. The manager/store Owner, Mr. Emre, said "we are human and human made mistake." I would never do business with them and would not recommend anyone to trust their business. Mr. Emre needs to attend business school and customer service class.
