I have had good experiences at Mooers. I bought my new Volvo there 4 years ago, and I have one more year until its paid off! The car tells me when it's time for service, and I just give them a call or make an online appointment. I like that they will give me a "loaner" car to drive while they work on my car. One time, they didn't have a car for me, but they drove me to work instead. I especially like the lady who I pay at the end of the service. She is so nice. They have snacks, coffee and drinks if you are going to wait.

I really love my Volvo, but every time I go in for an inspection (which is supposed to be free if you bought the car from Mooers), they find that the headlights need to be adjusted. This has happened for the past three years. My husband and I have owned many different vehicles over the years (Honda, Toyota, etc.) and we have never had to have our headlights adjusted. I believe that this is one of their little gimmicks since they can't charge for the inspection. I have also had other incidents with the service department and, because of this, I will probably never purchase another car from Mooers.

I have been to Mooers twice. I refrained from writing a negative review the first time. The second visit has confirmed my first impressions. On both occasions I met Lindsay Dietrich. On the second I also dealt with Glenn Rhodes. The sales staff seem to be willing to make up a story to keep you waiting: Mr Dietrich said he had customers with him (none were evident despite, while we still waited, him resitting himself at his desk to apparently write on some key labels. Glen Rhodes had to walk out of the showroom to put some plates on a car. Two other staff were visible. No-one wanted to answer a simple question about stock. They must have read the sales book that keeping clients waiting increases sales, and so they do - Mr Dietrich seemingly making up fantasy clients. Glen Rhodes when he did reappear said that I arrived at a very busy moment; I found that incredible. I came away struck by a patronising, inefficient, selfish attitude. Thank you, Mooers, for proving to me that there is no point wasting my time with old-school car showrooms. My visit was unpleasant and inefficient.

I went here looking for a used car, and I must say the sales guy was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy and mostly listened about the type of car I was looking for. Unfortunately I didn't find it here, but I would definitely go back in the future. Great customer service!
