Park Avenue Flower Shop

i went into this shop looking for flowers for the funeral of a family member. the staff was very caring and sympathetic. on top of that, they were very eager to personalize an arrangement for me. i felt like i got an arrangement that certainly no one else would have. these are real DESIGNERS!!!!!

This morning at 8:30 am I called and placed an order for Roses to be delivered by 3 pm to a friend's job site. This order was charged to my debit card.
At 1:20 pm I received a call from an employee at Park Ave Flower Shop that my order could not be delivered, as they did not deliver to that area. I asked to speak to the manager, Mr. Hone. I explained that I had placed an order at 8:30 am and that now I would probably not find anyone at this late hour. I felt it was his job to provide my service and he said he could not promise they could deliver by 3 pm now. I did not want them delivered if they could not be on time. I explained this and Mr. Hone said there was 365 days in a year. I hung up and then called back and told them to cancel my order and credit my debit card. I will never attempt to do business with this florist again. I can happily say I found a very decent florist who was willing to fix what I needed and have it delivered on time.

I ordered an arrangement for my elderly grandmother from the Park Avenue Flower Shop. The prices were really reasonable and the staff was sweet as pie! The flowers were super fresh and lasted forever. I really appreciate the hard work that went into my order, thanks again!!
