Front end manager is rude and stole my $25 gift card. I came to buy iTunes gift card with the promotion they currently have "Buy $25 iTunes card and $25 gift card, you'll get additional $10 card". I used $25 gift cards and my credit card to pay for the transaction.
After my first $25 gift card was used, the front end manager came and did not allow me to buy. She did not return my $25 gift card and called police to ask me to leave. Since the transaction was not completed, I should get my gift card back. The police officer told me that it is civil matter and I can sue her if I want. I am a Premier Best Buy Reward Zone member until 2012 i.e. I spend more than $3000 on Best Buy this year already. I will call Best Buy Corp, President office to report this matter. edoublenet.1@yahoo.com

The only way I got anything done was to talk to Edward at the Falls Church location (Seven Corners area). I ordered a dishwasher over a month ago and it is still not delivered. The store kept calling me to deliver a home entertainment center. I have not purchased an entertainment center. I just cannot get over the level of incompetence at this store. They had me pick up a hose to the dishwasher and then supposedly it would be delivered. The next time I checked, the delivery was being delayed because they had to order a new hose. Then when it was delivered, it was dented and scratched. I am still waiting, a month and holding.

I purchased my computer from Best buy 2 years ago and the salesman convinced to buy the 2 year extended warranty for another $200. When I took my computer to check the internal CD drive that didn't read and write anymore, I was told that I had to leave my computer that will be shipped back to the manufacturer in order to replace the drive, and it will take 6-8 weeks. I asked if they could at least run their diagnostics tools to check if it's a hardware or software problem. They said OK, but it will take them 5-7 working days to run an automatic diagnostic! I asked if they provided loaners since I work with my computer every day. They said, but they suggested that I purchase another computer!I will never buy an extended warranty from Best buy. It's money thrown away. Best buy does everything to discourage you from having your hardware repaired by them.Buyer beware!Sam

I went into best buy frustrated because I couldn't find this certain dvd movie I have been searching for. When I went into the media section a lady named Mary assisted me with a pleasant, cheerful attitude. She told me not to worry, and let her handle it. And just as she said, she did! This lady searched the computer, the shelves, and in the back (warehouse) and finally found me the last copy! I was very pleased with the the help I recieved from her. I hope all employees are just like her. I feel sales associates can learn a lot from Mary, because some of the other associates, even a manager(don't recall name) was very snobby and rude towards me a previous time. Mary changed my whole perception of the best buy in baileys crossroads! Thank you Mary!

Like the rest in this chain, this store is just too LOUD. I usually take my baby shopping with me, and I hate to even walk into this store for fear of harmign her precious ears. When I have been inside, the selection seemed good.
