Fort hill is the place to go and to eat. Everyone that works there is really nice, but the lady at the snack bar on Saturday night's isn't really friendly. But Monday - Friday night's. Fort Hill Bowling Center is the place to go and enjoy a evening 4 your self r your whole family. We we keep going back.

Fort Hill's prices are much more reasonable than the local AMF facility only a few miles away. Unfortunately, if you want to bowl on the weekends, AMF (EXPENSIVE on weekends) is your only option because Fort Hill is league-only on weekends.

During the week, Fort Hill has good prices, especially during certain time windows where there is a discount. This stands out above AMF which seems to price gouge quite a bit on bowling.

The score keeping systems are somewhat antiquated at Fort Hill as well but they work fine.

The biggest standout is their customer service. They are very friendly and were quite apologetic when they had to tell me that Sundays are league only. Also they provide a good environment, and although they serve alcohol they are pretty strict on keeping things family friendly, whereas AMF has lacked in this area in the past.

Update:
Going to go back here. AMF's lane oil is terrible now and they always tend to put you closest to the worst, non-courteous, obnoxious people and don't do anything about it.
There is no common decency from AMF customers. They are a bunch of college-aged idiots that couldn't care less.

We went here last week and found it to be alot of fun. Open bowling is reasonably priced - 3.75 a game until 8 pm on weekdays, and then 1.50 a game. Call to make sure that it is not a League Night! They have good food ( a little expensive) and friendly staff. The lanes are clean, and it is not smokey. This is a good place to go with your family!

PROS: Reasonably priced and good food
CONS: A family of 4, during prime time is like 30 bucks
