We have found their groomers to be excellent for the most part. The 2 women who work there have done great work on our dogs wich isn't easy...both are unusual breeds and so it's not common knowledge how to groom them right. But they both come out looking show-ring ready. The man who works there seems to have less patience. He's sent us both dogs back half done and soaking wet.
The store has great supplies too and the staff is friendly. I only wish they kept a better supply of our food of choice (its often out) and they would know better than to offer ferrets to our terrier. I don't want to pay for one she ate.
This store I love, the layout is easy to follow, the sales people are always friendly and helpful, and I have never had any trouble returning items that were wrong or not useful.
