If you want your gutters cleaned in an efficient and timely manner - I suggest you find another service. I contracted with Metro Gutter to have the gutters of my home cleaned and after six months all I have to show for it are three bills -- my gutters have never been cleaned.
When I called to talk to someone about the problem I was told they would send out an inspector to check the gutters. No one ever showed up -- but I was charged an additional $75 for the service call. It seems like a steep price to pay for nothing. I have now called Metro Gutter 10 times and each time I have been told a manager will call me back -- no one has ever called me.
So, if you want a lot of hassle and dirty gutters -- I suggest you call Metro Gutters. If you want clean gutters I suggest you find someone else.

My neighbor highly recommends Metro Gutters. She has used them for about 10 years and says they do a great job for her. She has found them to be reliable and pleasant.
