Interesting review on here - look at some of the other sites for a lot more reviews - the person on here MUST work there!
Can you say HELL-HOLE? I have been a member for over 15 years, and, much like the surrounding area, it has gone to the dogs. Virtually everyone I know who WAS a long-time member has gone, (at least 7 people come to mind) in the last few years and now I am the last man standing (and leaving)! Lockers are broken into on a regular basis - in fact, about a year ago, I saw one poor guy who had nothing but his pants left to put on run out to the front desk shirtless and report that all his other stuff (wallet too) had been stolen. EVEN ONE OF OUR SECURITY PEOPLE WHERE I WORK WAS ROBBED THERE IN THE SAME WAY!! Mold in the shower stalls (and make sure you step AROUND the large lugees that some of the newer members feel they should spit out and leave behind on the shower room stall floor (TRUE! I almost stepped on one recently).
But worst of all, is the daily taking over of the gym by a group of cretinous loudmouth thugs who literally never stop yelling at the top of their lungs (including the occasional cusswords, Mom!) on the basket ball court. I know a few members who have complained (myself included) but were told by the so-called trainers (virtually non-existent if you actually have a question) that there was nothing they can do it about it as long as they aren't cussing (which they often are). It's like being held hostage and it's central location ensures a miserable time for all gym-goers, regardless of WHERE they are in the gym.
And the other person here who said kids are everywhere is right - I love kids, have a few myself, but I'm talking LITTLE kids, usually roaming around entirely unsupervised. SAVE YOUR MONEY - go for long walks, but AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE (which will probably soon be coming there). As a once content and long time Member, it's sad to see how far they let the place go - you should do the same.

      Business Response:

Thank you for taking the time to review our club. I have shared your review with club management as well as the senior management team. As a 15 year member, we're especially sad to hear that you are considering leaving. We do have a new General Manager at this club, Emory. Please feel free to reach out to him directly at SKmgr@sportandhealth.com with any concerns.

DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM!!!!!!!

This is the most poorly run gym company I've ever encountered. The management is an absolute joke. It is full of shysters. They get you to sign up by telling you they have a 30 day trial period and if

This is a really nice place to work out. It is clean and the staff is great. I like the location and would recommend this club to anyone. This club has a lot to offer and really great for this area of town.
