Claytime Cafe

Worst birthday party experience! Claytime Cafe in Manassas is not equipped to handle a Children's party. Manager was very rude and condescending. There was only one very helpful staff member. Cant recall the girl's name but everyone else was immature and rude. I feel like my daughter's party was ruined by the staff's behavior. The kids behaved very well overall. It was overpriced as well and you are confined in a tiny room. After buying the utensils, plates, napkins, cups, cake etc, I realised it would have been cheaper to go to Pump it up or Chuck-E-Cheese. Don't waste your money at the Claytime Cafe.

The actual party went fairly well at this location, apart from the member of staff that was holding her own private belching contest, who was then rude to guests when asked to stop. The party overran, but we'd been told by a member of staff that it wasn't a problem as there wasn't a party afterwards. The owner of the Claytime Cafe approached my wife with an attitude, immediately quoting the contract, stating that we had to get out or pay her more. We told her that a member of her staff had approved it, but that just made her list more complaints, that were in actuality things that her staff had either approved or suggested. All in all, her rude attitude left a bitter taste in the mouths of all of the parents of children present, and you can bet that none of them will use Claytime Cafe in the future.

This Paint Your Own Pottery place is so much fun! I've gone with a group of adults on a few occasions and also with groups of children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really cater to your needs. They have a large selection of pottery to paint and their prices are reasonable.
