I stayed at the Holiday Inn the first weekend of March and was very disappointed. The room was dark depressing and dingy. The bathroom was small and nasty feeling and it looked like it was original, circa 1960. The sheets were thin, and the mattresses was hard. I stayed out of the room as much as possible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They need major renovation immediately.
Pros: location
Cons: everything else
I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Crossroads on several occasions because I am a trainer for a major company in Richmond. I always stay at the Crossroads and have found them to be not only accommodating but also overwhelmingly helpful and congenial. The staff is always smiling and going out of their way to help. As a man who considers most hotels a home away from home, I want to thank the Holiday Inn for making my stays warm and welcoming.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Great Location, Meeting Space Avail.
