Perrywinkle's Fine Jewelry

I??ve lived in Burlington all my life, and shopped at just about every jewelry store in the area. Some of them are gone now, others I never went back to because of the poor customer service. The first time I walked into Perrywinkles I was amazed at how friendly and genuinely welcoming the store and the people are. I never give it a second thought now, its just the first place I go to shop for jewelry.
My daughter gave me a Pandora bracelet for Christmas a couple of years ago. Since then I have been a very frequent customer at Perrywinkles. The women working in the Pandora section have been so patient and helpful when I have been shopping for beads. They always greet me with a smile, a warm hello, and an offer of to help. Although all the staff are very attentive and pleasant, Molly is my favorite to work with. She really knows the Pandora line and always helps me pick out the perfect charm wether it??s a gift or for myself. She is defiantly my go to person in the Pandora section.

LOVE Perrywinkles....I have bought a number of pandora charms from there and my fiance bought my perfect engagement ring there as well. Winkle is the best salesperson ever - always paying attention to the needs of her customers and making them feel like they are her priority. From the time you walk through the door you won't be disappointed... I would not go anywhere else!

About four years ago, my now husban went looking for the perfect engagement ring. He walked in to Perrywinle's Fine Jewelry and knew he was in the right place. Not only was my engagement ring purchased there but we have been back several times since. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and are guided through all the steps to finding your jewelry. Today was no different. My mother had purchased a ring and had a new clasp put on her necklace. The staff was pleasant to work with and the selcetion of jewelry is amazing and they have something for everyone even if your on a budget.

This summer my mother gave me the 1951 Rolex DateJust Watch my beloved Grandmother wore every day of her life. She regrettably reported she'd taken it to several Rolex-Certified Jewelry Stores and Watch Repair Specialists and none of them had been able to restore the watch to working condition. She knew I would want it as a keepsake of my special Grandmother anyway. I took it to Perrywinkles as a last ditch effort, assuming I would hear what my mother had - that the watch couldn't be repaired. Instead, after meeting with the store's owner who inspected the watch, he assured me they had the connections to get the watch restored and working again. Yesterday I walked out of Perrywinkles with the beautifully restored watch ticking away on my wrist and I could feel and see my Grandmother smiling with me. I'm so grateful to have this watch on my own wrist, carrying on my memories of my Grandmother in a working every day way. I was kept well appraised of the process of the watch's repair and what the cost would be throughout the process. What I got from my experience at Perrywinkles is so much more then I can say. Amazing job, Perrywinkles!

Fantastic experience with Perrywinkles for almost 15 years now. My husband initially shopped at the Watertown, NY store before we were married. Since our move to VT we have purchased several pieces from the Burlington store with the help and assistance from Anna Houle. She is amazing, personable and full of knowledge in this field. She recently helped create a 10 year anniversary redesign of my engagement ring. We couldn't be happier. She helps to choose pieces that fit our personalities and our lifestyles. I had an absolute amazing experience shopping with Winklett and Perrywinkle's. I was in search of an anniversary band and visited several stores as well as strongly considered an on line purchase. After reviewing everything with Winklett, she made the decision so easy for me to buy from Perrywinkle's.

In the past 9 years since moving to Burlington, VT., Perriwinkle's has been my jeweler of choice. From simple repairs to more complex jobs as in creating an identical platinum mounting and ring for a sappphire purchsed in Sri Lanka, the service and workmanship has been top-notch. The sales help are well trained and always greet customers in a friendly fashion. It's a wonderful service they offer to clean my wedding ring set every time I stop in.

I can't say enough great things about Perrywinkle's!!! Winkle and their designer Michelle are the best, they listen to what you like and then have wonderful ideas. Perrywinkle's made a beautiful wedding band and engagement ring for my daughter, it looks like a million bucks.
Whenever I have needed to have a piece of jewerly repaired or cleaned they take care of it quickly.
They have made every experience with them so enjoyable!

My fiancee and I had tons of trouble with other jewelers in the Burlington area. We went to Perrywinkles only to learn the ring we initially purchased at a mall jeweler was garbage. The day we walked into Perrywinkles was the same day we returned the engagement ring to Hannoush. At Perrywinkles we saw nothing but extravagant jewelry with top of the line customer service....we knew this was our jeweler. We purchased a beautiful new engagment ring and our wedding bands at Perrywinkles and we will be life-long customers.
