I disagree with the below review, we ate there on the same day 11/29 and had the bisque, and I thought it was quite good. We have been there 4 times since it re-openend and each time the food was great, as was the service. Yes there may have been "grease" on your plate, but if you had eggs they have to be cooked in some sort of fat. I think the Old BRick is doing a great job. Keep up the good work, and dont let one person bad mood or day ruin what you have going.

The food was slapped on the plate, with greasy finger prints on the rim, soup was supposed to be a "bisque", seemed more like grainy dishwater. I was sorely disappointed in our experience with the Old Brick. Paying their over inflated prices, I expected a lot more.

We LOVE this beautiful cafe. My husband and I have been there quite a few times since the new owners took over. The executive chef Steve does an amazing job with preparation and plating. There are different "featured" items every day, and daily soups that are out of this world. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. I recommend the Old Brick Cafe!!!

After eating here with our children, in what was billed as a "family friendly place", we were thoroughly disappointed with the level of service. In our opinion, the waitress was rude and she delivered the check in the middle of dinner and didn't ask about dessert. In our opinion, the food was bland and the service made the experience not worth the price.

PROS: location
CONS: service and food

The Old Brick Cafe is a welcome addition to the Williston area restaurant scene. The menu is creative, represents good value, and guests can bring their own beer or wine. Our recent visit featured adequate and courteous service, nice ambience, and various dining choices. The Blood Orange and Beet Salad was excellent as were the Butternut Squash Soup and Braised Short Ribs. The menu options are nicely described on their website (www.oldbrickcafe.com) which helps in choosing the wines to match their cuisine.
By comparison, many restaurants with a similar level of quality, are priced 15% - 25% higher. When you add in the savings extended from the BYOB policy, The Old Brick Cafe is a great option.

PROS: price to value ratio, BYOB option
CONS: none

This restaurant opened around 2005 by a first-time restaurant owner. My first two experiences were poor to so-so, but they have really worked hard to improve things. They tweaked the food, lowered the prices, and optimized the kitchen. The seating area is very pleasant and the staff is friendly. If you haven't been lately, try it!

I have only been there for lunch. My favorites are the thai noodle salad, the chicken pesto sandwich, and the salmon burger. There is usually something changed on the menu every time I go there. If you like the lunches at Chef's Corners but find the portions small, you'll probably love this place.

PROS: Interesting food in a pleasant atmosphere.
CONS: Once I had a soup I didn't like.
