Pie In The Sky

My wife and I ate dinner at this restaurant 4 years ago and were pleased with the quality of service and value for the money. We ate dinner tonight (9/15/2009) and were very disappointed. My wife ordered eggplant parmesan and I order lasagne. While the serving size was more than adequate, both entres were lacking in quality. The eggplant parmesan had been cooked early that day and apparently been left out before being reheated at serving time. The accompanying pasta was dry and tasteless and the eggplant was hardly edible. You can do better in the Supermarket frozen food section. The lasagne was acceptable but nothing to rave about. It lacked the flavor and texture I expect in basic home-cooked lasagne. The service was quick and responsive and the restaurant was bright and clean. I would recommend that customers stick with the pizza and avoid any pasta dishes.

Delicious wood fire baked pizza, very light & thin crust, fast service & affordable prices. The wait staff was very friendly. We were visiting the area & ate there 2 night in a row because the pizza is so good!!

A great pizza joint. Their pizza is first rate, and the other menu offerings are just as good. a great family style restaurant at affordable prices. The service is fast and efficient and for true pizza lovers, you will not be disappointed, Try their Sicilian style pizza, my personal favorite here.
