Note:

I rarely post a review but after the great service I obtained from this office, I felt compelled to give my support.

Always a great experience from any other practices I have gone to. This office was very personable which I thought was great. I have been going to this practice for years and have developed a great relationship with the hygienists and the Doctors. I don't have a single complaint!

Thanks!!

I had recently moved in to the area and was looking for a new dentist, while I found myself putting it off for the past few months my tooth had cracked! I panicked and immediately scoured the Internet for a good dentist. While I called around for locals in my area, I found that I was willing to take a small drive for service (15 miles). When I stumbled upon this gem, I was very pleased! My wait was short, my experience was friendly and great. The Dr. explained what he was doing and the next steps he planned on taking. While an X-Ray was not necessary, I felt, he had found other small problems and showed me on this x-rays. I was able to get my cracked tooth fixed along with a filling, on my first visit! It took about an hour for both and he took photos to show me what was wrong and what he planned to do. I am skeptical as to what Dentists NEED and WANT to do but he made me feel like I had full control. My overall experience was GREAT, I will surely come back since I made another appointment after my first initial visit.

I plan to recommend this practice!

I have always gone to my own dentist for the past 10 years and since then have been very pleased, unfortunately he retired and didn't give us me much time to find a new dentist, this one came highly recommended from the secretaries at work so I gave it a shot, my girlfriend and I both went and I have to say we loved it! We didn't wait long, the receptionists were helpful, they were honest and this office was an in and out job. I dislike having to wait for 30 minutes, clean for 30 minutes, dental work for an hour. I prefer to go in and out comfortably! I told him my teeth are sensitive and to just be careful and he made sure while he was working to stop and check my pain levels, the doctor was professional and very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Myself and my girlfriend loved the visit and see ourselves using this office from now on. Plus its only 15 minutes away from home and the wifey/gf felt comfortable getting a few fillings. Since we both liked it, it's our new dentist office!

I made this review on another website too, I am not a bot and am a real person! Be careful of fake review and other companies slandering. Trust personable reviews.

I cannot recommend Dr. Hawwash based on the experience of my husband and I. We both had cavities filled, and we both had pain for months afterward, which was initially understandable given that they were deep cavities. However, apparently after they have your money, they don't want to deal with you anymore - my husband made another appointment and got no response from the doctor other than to send him to another state to seek further treatment. When I called because I had bad pain in the tooth he worked on, he ignored this and kept talking on about my husband without listening to me at all.

So the other reviewer is right - if you have no problems with the work, fine. If you have any problems, too bad for you and you'll get a bad attitude to boot.

My husband saw another dentist and they indicated that the tooth that had been filled had material left in it. They stopped short of saying Dr. Hawwash had not cleaned it properly...they do protect one another after all.

I would never recommend Dr Hawash. He is the worst doctor of any profession that I have encountered. He is fair until there is any kind of problem, than his rating goes to poor.

First moments often tell the tale. I called Estey Dental to make two cleaning appointments, one for myself and one for my partner.
I was told, you have to have x-rays or we will not clean your teeth. I was quick to say ok, fine. I am fifty years old and really, I do not want or need them, but, I have to have my teeth cleaned.
My partner, on the other hand, said, "no way!".
The receptionist would not allow me to make an appointment for her.
I went, had a perfectly fine cleaning, lots of x-rays, the dentist popped in for 5 minutes-took a quick peek at the xrays and we agreed there was not a lot going on there.
I asked if he would replace a chipped veneer - he said sure. I made the appointment.
It came sooner than I expected, just two days after the cleaning.
I forgot to show. I did not have an appointment card, there was no ubiquitous call from the dentist's office reminding me to come in-just my somewhat questionable memory to remember the appointment.
I forgot. I am sorry. I should pay a penalty. I agree.
Today when I went to the post office there was a certified letter waiting for me. It was Dr. Fadi Hawwash informing me that I needed to "secure the services of another dentist".
No reason given. I was quite shaken by this. I began wondering what on earth did I do? I wasn't in a great mood that day. Did I say something? I questioned my bill at the counter. I asked why having my teeth cleaned cost so much-($165). It was explained to me that in addition to the cleaning there was the fee for the xrays and the personal consultation with the dentist.
You get to a certain age in life, you expect things to go a certain way. Having a certified letter sent to me telling me that I am dropped from the patient list after having missed one appointmnet-it's not what I am looking for in dental care. Further, when I googled Estey Dental -an interesting court case came up. A dentist, Omaima Samai, who was the previous dentist at the clinic, had her license revoked for improper conduct. It seems she had been billing for work not done and putting fillings in peoples teeth without having thoroughly removing the decay! That's another story, but certainly interesting in light of my experience.
