A horrible subprime broker. This is the kind of mortgage company you see on TV and is the cause of all the defaulted loans and foreclosures. They offer teaser rates and then three years later your rate adjusts and now your stuck with your mortgage going up hundreds of dollars and possibly losing your home. Please shop around and don't ever go to a broker, especially Vermont Allstate Funding.
