I've been to every furniture store in the Rutland area and I must say no one was as knowledgeable or as helpful as the staff at Sofas N More. The salesperson really cared about what I was looking for and what my needs were. I did read the other review here because I am not originally from the area and didn't know what to expect. Because of this review I was hesitant about trying but I am glad I did. I had very different experiences at each of the stores and I don't write many reviews but I felt I had to because we were so pleased with the experience here. The salesperson was not pushy at all. In fact when I was paying for my furniture I commented on the plaques they have displayed and was told they were voted best place to buy furniture in the area for like the past 10 years. (Sorry if I got the years wrong) Anyway, I just felt I had to write because we almost didn't go because of the past review.

We were looking for new family room furniture and stopped in at this store on recommendation. We did find a good deal of nice pieces on display. However, I was very turned off by the sales staff. They were quite pushy and when asked about ordering an item in another fabric pattern, they were not very helpful. It seemed like they just wanted to get rid of the inventory on hand. Also, weren't able to really browse the store, felt like we were being watched at all times. Needless to say, we didn't purchase here.
