I had a similar experience with their billing group - received a bill, paid it and thought it was taken care of until I got a call from a collections agency! They had processed a $500 payment as $50 - Duh! So instead of sending another bill (so that I could clear up the 50 vs 500 thing) or god forbid picking up the phone they sent it to collections. When I called them they had no record of me as a patient and they sent me to their billing provider (they don't do their own billing). I'm still sorting things out to make sure their error doesn't break my credit. The actual sleep study was great - I feel so much better, but if you use their service I'd suggest calling them and verifying each and every payment you make so that it's credited properly.

i had great time with the people that work at the sleep disorder center. my buddy wife works there and gives me the best service and very willing to work with me. showed me what my new machine will do before we did the sleep titation and then hooked me up to the wires and put the mask on me and let me check diffrent mask and show me how it work and how to clean it set it up and there machine they used to find my pressure was the best machine i ever used.They allow u to watch tv to 11pm when ur in the research room for the sleep study. It felt like home style medical center awith a queen size bed easy to use bathroom and very friendly people.

The Vermont Medical Sleep Sleep Center did take care of my Sleep Disorder very well, and I am grateful for that as I feel so much better. But after my insurance paid for some and I paid for what I thought was the rest. Didn't hear from them for a year and then I got a bill saying I was 130 days pass due and it would go to a collection. I went down and showed copies of checks and was told this happens all the time and not to worry. Didn't hear from them for 13 months and another bill pass due came in the mail!!!! Paid the bill and I hope not to hear from them again, but we'll see in a year so.
