Drs. Mollica and Franklin have always offered good, compassionate care for all of our pets. When our 12 year old lab mix was diagnosed with liver cancer and we elected not to do radiation and chemo Dr. Mollica and his staff were supportive of our decision and did not make us feel guilty. We have brought 4 dogs to them for treatment over the past 18 years - our family has been treated professionally and compassionately. Dr. Mollica is calm and reassuring when facing an emergency and always has the best interest of the pet in mind. I wouldn't think of switching vets.

I bring both my dogs there. They know them and are always happy to see them. Have performed good routine and emergent care. Clear explanations regarding underlying problems. Easy to get appointments.

I have brought both of my dogs and both of my cats to this office for two years. They have always been friendly and helpful. Questions are always answered and phone calls are returned promptly. I enjoy bringing my pets here and would bring them no where else. I feel pricing is also very reasonable.

Not impressed. He did a "plaque removal" on my cat with his fingers that made her mouth bleed, and appeared to chip off a little piece of tooth. I'd never had any vet do that before; maybe it's standard procedure for hiim but it didn't look very good.

Randolph Animal Hospital is a low-budget facility. The owner, Dr. Bob Mollica gives mediocre to reasonable care of animals. What goes on behind the scenes is worse. He is very abusive to his employees and does not offer much in ways to support or teach his employees. Thus, he does not keep a stable staff.

He also charges a higher fee for abusive or difficult customers. What a joke, considering the way he treats his own employees.

I would not take my pet there. Personally, I think the guy is a jerk.
