You can order birthday party supplies off the internet, or on the phone. The operators on the phone are nice enough, but the company obviously doesn't really care about the products and the speed and care at which they're delivered. Cute themes, great ideas, but less-than-great service.

PROS: Cute birthday party ideas.
CONS: Sky-high prices, little regard for shipping.
