My sister and I went into this establishment and patiently waited for a Sales Clerk at the Customer Service Desk. They announced over the intercom that customers were waiting at Customer Service and a Sales Clerk told us someone would be right by to help us out. We waited for over ten minutes while four clerks were at the cash register talking about their personal issues. Once they noticed I was looking over at them, they began to make it look like they were working. Moving the items at the cash register around etc. We decided to leave after almost fifteen minutes of waiting. If I never go to this Staples again, it will be too soon. Customer Service scores a 0.
i go to staples when ever i need to get school supplies
it is cheaper than other places and the stuff is better quality
the service is good, the people are really nice and willing to help out
I like this particular Staples because it seems to always have what I need in the area of Office Supplies and Small Business Needs. I have never had any problems returning anything, nor have I ever had to wait long for help.
