I had a very positive experience. I came in using the Costco program as a starting point. I had visited Acura of Bellevue beforehand to get information on their Costco pricing. I was surprised that your $ adjustments above or below invoice weren't the exact same as Bellevue but your dealership had some add-ons that Bellevue didn't have. However, you matched their pricing. You also gave me a fair price for my trade-in which I appreciate since I was a return customer having purchased my 2005 Acura TSX at your dealership many years ago. That was my assumption and you came through!
I also want to commend Ed Siou. He was very professional and genuinely interested in what I wanted as far as car and pricing.

Have been a customer for 2yrs, and it has been a horror story. I brought my car in because it was running rough, was told my fuel injectors needed to be replaced paid $900.00 car ran fine for 2months only , had to bring it bk in for the same reason ...rough ride was told it was my catalic conv. not the injectors this time??? Even though the same problems existed??? Was told to come bk the next week to have master mechanic look at it, so i did was told 3 injectors were blown and i would have to pay for this even though the ones that were put in were still under warranty...hmmm paid $450.00 again, car ran fine for another 3months had to tk it back again same symptoms, was told that my enjine was blown! But they needed to keep my car for 3days to make sure ....hmm found out it was just my injectors again , they were under warranty but i had to pay for the labor again $478.00 hmmm 2months later same problem, was told there is a white substance on my fuel inj. and someone must have sugared the tank...hmm yoy have to break in the car to pull the lever for the gas tank to open hmmmm , now they want $2245.00 to replace the same fuel injs. and drop the gas tank clean the fuel lines etc. These folks need to be investigated soon, We need to get Jesse on them
They are sooooo far from honest, pls pls pls don't ever go there. So $2000.00 later my car is still running rough !
I will contact the BBBureau and a lawyer they need to be stopped!

I asked them how the price could be that much and they tell me that they also changed a bunch of other things that my spouse had apparently "promised" we would do the next time we were here. When I double-checked with my spouse, who had not made any such promise, I had to tell them to take everything "new" they added off. It was ridiculous. I was there for five hours waiting for them! Horrible customer service, horrible attitude. Even the manager there wasn't helpful at all. They didn't tell me what they were doing and just independently decided to tack on a "few things" to add to the total. I suggest you avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and money!

I recieved a great price, great customer service, and walked out with a great car. These guys even appologized for the actions of the other dealership! If you want an acura and live on the Eastside of Seattle, this is (in my opinion) the ONLY place to get one.
