Being a disabled Veteran and a woman I am very disappointed how the service department and sales department seems to say one thing to lure you. Great sales people with the Bait and Switch. I took my Suburban in and told is was a battery

Be Careful, take notes, record your conversations on what is promised, and watch out-especially if you are a woman!! I was very much taken advantage of. I expected more from a major dealership. \r

They were excellant to us before and after the purchase......Hi my name is David and I bought a 2001 Toyota Sienna with low mileage on it from Performance Kia. Since I have a growing family with 2 teenage boys we needed a van and the Sienna was a perfect fit. The van fit all of us in it very comfortably since I??m large and my boys are also over 6? tall.

When I got it they gave me a 1 month or 1000 miles on the power train.

After a few days after driving it I noticed smoke coming out of the back exhaust and we found out the engine had sludge buildup because the previous owner didn??t change the oil regularly.

The General Manager Livingston Chaffee gave me the option of getting my money if we wanted to. Livingston was very fair not only giving me back the money we payed for the van? but the taxes we paid, also gave us money back for the tabs, license places and any other fees that we payed for above and beyond the price of the car.

Livingston was very quick to make sure we were a happy customer and appreciated his attention to doing that for us? giving us a check for the full amount, shortly after the decision was made.

Much Appreciated, David

These guys are awesome!!

Since my financial independence I have always been a bit picky with my cars. You spend well earned money on them, they had better be worth it! My auto requirements were simple, that they be Nissan, that they be "loaded" and that they wear my Colts license plate frame with pride.

This was all until about 6 months ago when a fancy new car passed me on the road. I thought it might be some new luxury model that I would look into for my next ride so I made sure to squint in my rear view mirror in order to catch it's make. What do you know, it was a Kia Optima. With my car close mindedness I didn't put too much thought into this chance encounter but they kept popping up everywhere and whenever I saw one I had the same awe-like reaction. I couldn't deny it and with the lease on my Maxima looming ever closer I decided to start paying attention to Kia. With my new car open mindedness I learned that, 1. I have an uncanny resemblance to Adriana Lima while waving a checkered flag (please see Kia's '12 Super Bowl ad) and 2. that these Kia guys were breaking through all their old stereotypes and coming out with some awesome looking cars. I did some light research and the phrases, "5 star", "best selling", "100k warranty", "American made", made me take the next step.

For nearly eight years I have purchased all my cars from Performance Nissan and have loved all my dealings with them. Luck would have it they are now Performance Kia. Knowing I was in good hands made it even easier for me to give it a try with out a bunch of pressure. They all treat me so good there, from my car purchases to my oil changes, I feel like I get the "Adriana Lima look-a-like" treatment. Unfortunately, the reality is that I look nothing like a Brazilian supermodel (darn!) and have never waived a checkered flag. The simple fact is that whenever I am there they seem to give everyone else the VIP treatment too! (The nerve!) They showed me the cars I wanted to see, let me drive as many as I wanted and even let my 2 year old ruin some precious office supplies, all with no pressure. There's no wheeling and dealing when the deal is good and honest to begin with. When you go there ask to work with Quintan, the man knows his stuff!

There is now a Kia Sorento in my garage, holding my Colts license frame with pride and with even more bells and whistle than my Maxima had. I know that when an Optima drives past me I will still look at it in my rear view mirror in awe but the fact is that with my savings I could buy them both and still save money while getting more options!

When it comes down to it, you spend well earned money on them, they better be worth it, even if you aren't a supermodel.

Jeff spoiled me! He showed me so many different Kias and always had the next one ready to test drive! He was patient and friendly. Jeff took the time to teach me all of the functions on each car and was knowledgeable about their features.

Well first of all. I seen a add on tv selling the soul for $12000. I like the looks and my x bought a spectra. I liked it. When i went down there to look at the $12000 soul they said they sold it a couple days ago. The thing on that is I seen the tv add the night before I went down there and they said that 1 car was gone. They also had a $4000 guarenty trade in. They didn't want my trade in and did some numbers and the car would have cost me $4000 more?
Just today I went to get my windows tinted and came home and forgot to pull the key out of the ignition because it was a long drive and I had to pee. Well, I went out to the garage to empty my garbage and the car was making some ugly noises. I could smell something burning and put my and on the hood and it almost burned me. I don;t know what this crap is. The guy in charge needs to go. The name is Izzy. slimy for sure.

This dealership is really shady, I have never dealt with car salesman who lie to this extent. Took my very nice SUV in as a trade telling me that they couldn't sell it at their dealership and gave me 4000.00, yes it was my fault to acceopt this as trade in value. Well needless to say it was on their lot for sale for 12,000 and sold overnight. The manager and sales are really rude, do yourself a favor in this tough econimic times and take your business elsewhere, this dealership shouldn't be in business.

I found a Toyota I liked there at a decent price on the internet. I went for a test drive and dealt with a pleasant salesman. The car was quite scratched up, so he said there was a guy who comes guy every Wednesday who touches up the car, and they would take care of it if I were interested in the car. After that I put off buying a car as I got busy.

A few weeks later, the same guy calls me on a Friday and says they will sell the car at a wholesale auction on Monday, but they would rather sell it to a customer than wholesale it. So I should come get it if I wanted a "screaming deal" on the car.

So I go in on Sunday, planning to buy it. They wouldn't come down on the price any. I mentioned that the original salesman said they would paint over the scratches. (This salesman wasn't there this day) This guy, the internet sales manager, says no. Then the sales manager comes out and, with quite an attitude, and says they won't do it.

I didn't do it, not so much because of the money, but because of the attitude and the fact that I clearly can't trust these guys. The said they planned to sell it at the wholesale auction last Monday, and, as of today, Sunday, it is still on their website, so the either haven't bothered to take it down, or they weren't being honest about planning to sell it.

Several years back I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from another dealership and had such a good experience that I thought the days of pathetic used car sales people and tactics were a thing of a past.

Unfortunately Performance Nissan is keeping that Legend alive and thriving.

I went to the dealer for a specific vehicle. It was -- at least on advertising alone, the best deal I had found in a 50-mile online net with regard to mileage and certified warranty. I just wanted to take a quick glance in person because you can't see potential scratches and other things from an online picture.

Little did I know that I was about to enter a big, dark pit of ickyness. (I can't think of a better word at the moment)

Ultimately, I was passed along to 4 sales people and 2 managers (I assume in order to up the skill of "Closer" ability). About mid-way through various role playing of the sales people, I knew I wasn't going to buy the car and you may be wondering why I just didn't walk out right then. Well, it was fascinating to observe and after awhile, became about me taking my power back. I listented patiently for a bit longer, told them what I thought of their tactics, and walked.

The thing is the car did appear to be what they had advertised (low miles, clean title, no internal/external damage). I probably would have driven off in it had they not played all their senseless (and insulting) games.

Moral of the story: No matter how great a deal may be, the Dealership makes all the difference (or in this case, Not).

In February our daughter bought a car from performance on her own and they over charged and kept raising the interest rate until totally confused with all the pressure she signed not really aware of all the consequences. On May 5th her service engine light came on and she took it to the repair shop on May 6th they turned off the light and sent her on her way saying the gas cap wasn't on correctly, within two days the light was back on and the car was hesitating as if it would die back to the shop it went for a day and they said the gas cap had a crack and replaced it. On her way to Oregon the light came on again and the car hesitated so bad that at sixty miles an hour it was a hazard. In Vancouver Wa she went to a Kia dealer they checked the computer code and made a note that there was a leak turned the light off and sent her back to the dealer here they kept the car two days and said because it was reset they couldn't find anything drive it until the light comes on again when it didn't we removed the gas cap and ran it for two days still no light we returned to the dealer and their tech went for a ride he admitted that he could feel the problem they gave her a loaner for five days and had a cert tech from kia and he found no problem but it is still ready to die and worse than ever. They blame this on SHIFT We reported this to Kia International the Manager Steve Lowery reported to them the problem was setteled. We went one stop farther and reported it again and he Steve informed them on our behalf that it was taken care of, not so. We filed a complaint with BBB and he took it upon himself again to inform them that we were satisfied. The problem has happened again so now the lemon law is invoked. Wa law states 3 or more instances of the same problem and more than 15 days in the shop which we have met but Steve won't respond but I'm sure he'll say om our behalf that it is fixed. We can speak for ourselves.

I purchased a Kia Sedona Van from Performance Kia on 7/30/05. This was a complicated transaction as I have Multiple Sclerosis and I was having to purchase a van that I could retrofit to carry my new electric wheelchair. Our salesman Paul was an absolute sweetheart to work with and really made sure that I got exactly what I needed. He assisted me from my first call to the Dealer, to picking out the van, helping to set up the financing and helping take care of everything else that came up after the purchase. I absolutely love the Van and I am extremely pleased with the whole transaction.

PROS: High Class Operation
