In ShortWith a new layout and modern concept, OfficeMax has titled its updated in-store experience as "Advantage." All renovations certainly do work for the customer's advantage, as aisle-free checkouts shorten the lines to many minutes' worth of waiting, and self-serve bulk bins now group office supplies into mini categories for easy selection. However, the biggest advantage is still the OfficeMax stock. From papers and pens to desks and filing cabinets, OfficeMax supplies everything to look the executive part. Cool technology and gadgets give an excuse to play on the job.

Office Max in Puyallup is a decent store, they sometimes offer deals better than other places I think. The store is usually clean, but I think they lack software products. It is a great place to find office supplies though, be sure to look for promotions in the Sunday paper. Office Max in Puyallup is usually not that crowded and the customer support there is decent. Though not all of there products are a good value, I think they do offer premium quality in a lot of there products with the exception of some furniture.
Overall, this is a good office supply store, but if you want a deal on products, you may want to look elsewhere.

CONS: High prices.

I get video games here for a good price. They have good instore sales and if you take the paper on Sunday they have a flyer you can browse through before going to the store.

While they do have a good selection of office supplies, every time I have been to this Office Max I am appalled at the poor customer service. The few times I have gone there for copies the staff at the copy center have not known what they are doing. The counter staff is iffy. I would not recommend this store.
