I am not too happy with the advisor I had at TCC - she seemed to really care about me and my future but then come to find out she was missleading me. I found out that there were other options for me other than what she stated. Looking back it makes me wonder if she just wanted more money for her school. I would not recommend this college or at lease make sure you know all the courses you need to take and the fastest way to get to your desired goals before talking to any one there.

Tacoma Community College is truly the community's college. Whether you are a high school student in the Running Start Program, a young adult planning to transfer to a 4-year university, or a returning adult needing to brush up on skills in order to get a better job, TCC has something for everyone. The staff really care about the students and will go out of their way to help.

PROS: Tuition is lower than at state universities, class sizes are smaller
CONS: Could use more parking spaces.
