Auburn Foreign Car

I do my own smaller repairs (eg. oil, brakes, belts, etc.) but anything bigger and I always take it to Auburn Foreign Cars. They might be a little on the expensive side but they are honest and straightforward about price, do a great job of explaining anything and everything you want to know, and are even happy to give you a tip or two about your own repairs. They also stand behind their 2 year warranty. I had a starter die 4 months after they replaced it and they paid for the tow and the second repair no questions asked, I didn't have to do a thing!

I have been bringing both my 95 BMW and wife's 90 Suburu in for 7 years now and do not have a single complaint!

I've taken my jeep in for major and minor service and they have done a great job. In addition, my son has a 1999 Audi A4 with a "dealership" warranty. The warranty company has been rude and belligerent to myself and the crew at Auburn Foreign & Domestic regarding some transmission repairs that should be covered. These guys have been the absolute best and have gone above and beyond in my opinion to make sure the proper and necessary repairs are made (and fighting on our behalf with the warranty company).

They are a stand-up company and will do the right thing. Thank you and you can bet I will refer everyone I know to them!

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Auburn Auto for years since we moved to this area. We won't let anyone even change our oil except the service technicians. The customer service is exemplary, the personnel are amiable and very polite and professional, and the owner, Greg Hochhalter will make all efforts possible to communicate with you about your car and suggest the best ways to fix it. I feel they are very honest and competent people. I am always recommending their business to other people.

We have a Honda Civic and and Acura and take very good care of our cars. When I had a particularly difficult problem with my Acura, Greg and his staff took a lot of time to research, diagnose, and repair problems.

The business is so organized and exceptionally clean.

This business is ASE-certified and AAA approved. I even checked the Better Business Bureau for ratings, and it was an AAA+!

We are always treated with the utmost of courtesy. These people will go the extra mile, literally, to help their customers.

outstanding car/truck service! all of them are the most true-blue in car care. they don;t kidd around about their prices. they are a little pricey but are worth the price. i rely on them for tires and tune-up all season all. they do all thier work on cars where you can see what is REALLY going on so there are no hidden fees or work done. i give them 5 stars for service.

PROS: service staff was nice
CONS: they don't sell some parts

i love to take my car here because they seem to know so much about foreign cars. Since i drive a volkswagon it helps me out alot because i do not know much about fixing cars. The people who work there are really great and I love their service. If you have a foreign car and are not sure where to get it fixed this is the place i would suggest.

A good friend of mine too his Volkswagen Jetta there and he absolutly loved the people who worked there and how they did every thing. they replaced his timing belt at a way better price then most other places. He said the prices on most everything were lower then most other shops. This is a good place to go with your foreign cars.
