Though they did make the repair requested---they lied and said they test drove it---this was not the case as the belt was on backwards (my bad) and had they tested it as said then they would have noticed something wrong. Also sharpened blades without taking off the mower. A new day and age for small business who have poor customer support--take the money and run, and not worry about repeat customers.

These guys treat you right! I will be going here in the future to get parts for my mower and for service when it breaks down again. Family-run and I love it! I have brought my mower here about 5 times and the turn-around for repairs is mind-blowing. These guys are true professionals and all my repairs are guaranteed!
