I was insured through this company for years, and then 2 accidents too close together, and they tell me I am too much of a risk. Okay fine, So I leave insurance companies, But when you do that, your new company needs info to make sure that you have been insured all the years you have been driving. Well I call and request the documents, and the lady on the phone says, yah I remember you, you were a bad driver. I was thinking, whatever! So a couple calls to supervisers later I finally got my documents, and an apology.

PROS: no comment
CONS: expensive, rude
