Hollywood video is sometimes overly croweded and not super organized. It's hard to find a movie every once in awhile. The customer service is friendly.

Hollywood Video always has the new releases and at a nice price. The store is clean. The staff is always very helpful. The guaranteed movies are always there in stock. They even sell viewed movies at really great prices, or you can buy them brand new at really good prices too. Don't forget to grab some snacks because they have all the good movie snacks!
