Absolutely love this day spa! I received a gift certificate for this salon and spa and just loved the services I received. While I did not check out the salon, the spa was fabulous and oh so relaxing. If you are spending the day at the spa (highly recommend a facial and massage-heaven!) you also get to use the sauna before, after or between services. I would definitely return. What a relaxing experience!

If you want a massage, THIS is the place to go. You get your own little bathrobe and slippers, get to pick your aromatherapy scents, and get to lounge around in the sauna afterwards.

I say, make an entire day out of it. After all, they serve lunch too!

Habitude is truly an amazing experience for anyone who needs to relax, recharge and simply be pampered! Whether you are seeking a fabulous new cut or some hair color, or some spa services, you will not be disappointed! My particular favorite thing to experience when I am at Habitude is the Essential Facial (by Sabine... hope I'm spelling her name correctly) which comes complete with some massage! When you arrive at the spa you are greeted with some tea (which is incredibly good), a spa robe and are able to keep your belongings in a locked locker in a changing room. Between treatments you enjoy tea, smoothies, mixed nuts and berries, a sauna, etc. The sights, sounds and smells at this spa are unmatched in Seattle. I got my hair cut at Habitude for a while a couple years ago. The stylists are pretty good, but the place got so busy that if I was five minutes late for an appointment, I couldnt get all I wanted done on that day! I even called ahead to say traffic was bad and they couldnt try and keep my appointment complete. The place has a really nice interior, but I wish they could be more personable with me. For a better Aveda salon, try Beehive.

This is a nice hair salon downstairs with a day spa upstairs. It is an Aveda concept salon, so pretty much all the products they use are Aveda. Hair services are great and they have some talented people. The Spa is also nice, they offer an array of services, massage, facials, waxing, and nails. Noise can be an issue if you require complete silence, the doors and walls are rather thin in the treatment rooms so you sometimes do hear outside noise. Also, there is no elevator, so if you are going to the Spa you will have to deal with stairs. Nice atmosphere though, very "natural."
