Dan & Daves Pizza Pasta & Grinders

In the Juanita / Finn Hill area I had 2 favorite pizza places. First I discovered Dan & Daves about 26 years ago when I lived in Juanita. I moved to Finn Hill (just west of Juanita) 14 year ago, and the following year, saw the demise of the last buildings of what used to be the airport on the Inglewood Village property with the addition to the shopping center. The very first Tennant was Pizza Works, now I had two favorite pizza restaurants. Pizza Works went up for at the end of 2004 and my wife and I bought it. DAn & Daves relocated to the new phase of the Juanita Village complex and didn't last too long - (Third hand info was a dispute with moving costs from their old building did them in)

Well, now my first favorite pizza place in the area is gone - but we are keeping Pizza Works alive for the time being. Now it is the BEST (and only) independant pizza restaurant in the neighborhood. Offerings are your standard and Gourmet pizzas, both Take & Bake, Baked, dine-in and delivered. The menu also includes calzones, grinders and other Italian dishes.
