This is a cool place to take a date. It is a romantic setting looking out over Puget Sound in Des Moines. It is quite an upscale place, and you can expect to pay a lot, but it is worth it, especially if you are trying to make a strong first impression.

The food is an excellent mix of Italian and seafood. You will get chef prepared food that tastes great. A great place to have a bottle of wine and just enjoy the evening together.

Parking can be a little difficult, especially on the weekends. You will also want to make sure you have reservations.

I've been to Verrazano's twice, once for a spiffy dinner with my husband and once for a graduation party. The food has been excellent and the view of Puget Sound spectacular but the prices were equally stunning. I recommend this for a special occasion.

This restaurant has a great reputation, and you won't be disappointed! The food is excellent, the service is great and the staff is friendly. Combine that with beautiful views of Puget Sound and you have a great dining experience!

Being Italian it's hard to find a restaurant that matches up to your own cooking and this is the place everything from the service to the food is top quality.With it's waterfront setting it's truly a beautiful restaurant to go to.
