My son goes on Saturdays following the Liberty Football game. He loves it. works out all of the kinks from the night before. Hot Yoga is a great addition to the old part of town.

My joints are feeling Arthritic these days. But with hot yoga there is hope that I can get into shape without hurting myself any more. I can really get into the stretches because the room is really hot allowing me to loosen up more. An added benefit is the weight I lose from sweating so much. Make sure you bring an extra set of clothes. Its well worth it to me.

If you're looking for quality instruction, a super clean studio and non-competitive and judgemental yoga you HAVE to visit this studio. I really cannot say enough about how this is a place to experience and practice the true essence of yoga.
What I really enjoy is the lack of superficial yoga practice that is so very prevalent in the community today. There is no "look at me" attitudes and they really do work to ensure that all people feel welcome and get a chance to believe that they can do it no matter what they're current physical condition.
If you want yoga as it's really meant to be you MUST see it for yourself.
Pros: Certified and friendly instruction. All are welcome and indeed encouraged to try all styles.
Cons: The later classes can be quite crowded.
