I've had nothing but great experiences at All Creatures. My daughter who was 7 at the time had a guinea pig. I came home from work, picked up the GP and discovered lumps all over her. I called around to all the vets, and nobody wanted to see her - it was a very forced "well yeah, I guess we can see a GP", it was awful. I called All Creatures, and they said "of course"! and saw her within the hour. It turned out she had cancer and needed to be put down - after the vet VERY nicely explained what was going on to my daughter, we decided it was the best idea. They made a little box to bring her home in and a footprint/hair clipping keepsake for my daughter, it was a very loving experience. I will continue to bring my pets there, I have never had any cold or unfeeling experiences there, everybody had been caring and friendly. The prices are very reasonable for a good vets office, you can find cheaper but you get crappy care. I reccomend them to anybody who needs a good vet.

I go to All Creatures because it is the only goat vet in the area, and I have had good experiences there. And spent thousands of dollars there. Good is that they let my goats come inside, and they are almost always ready to treat animals. They are very, very thorough. People complain that they are cold there, yes, they are not all warm and fuzzy, Dr. Krueger was, but now she's gone. I considered going to Orting, but the vet there is retired. I considered going to Dr. Krueger in Tacoma. The real issue is, do they treat the animals adequately? I haven't been unhappy with the care. My animals are older and a lot of their issues are not so easy to discern. Often I've come home, with no diagnosis, and let the animal walk it off, or have solved the problem with Pen-Aqueous Penicillin. But I'm used to old-fashioned vets and I have so many goats, I just can't pay the Designer fees. I see that several people have had the same response as I have. Hopefully a vet must balance the welfare of the animal with the utter inability of the owner to have their life destroyed by vet fees, over and over again. We live in a poor area, people with cats and dogs can go to any vet. Goats can only go to one. I know I'm not a well-balanced person but I've spent 3 days crying and hysterical, because I had a sick goat, and I'm so afraid to face the fees at All Creatures. I have actually considered moving, to be near a university with a veterinary department. Such as Davis, or WSU. I would never irresponsibly get animals I could not support, but the economic crash has changed everything. One more thing: When I was finally ready to let a beloved goat be euthanized, they would not put him down. I had to take him to another vet on Bethel to euthanize him. People, I'm obsessed with my goats. I would not let a goat go before its time. He had cancer, evidently, and was in extreme pain at the end.

These people are awesome. I would trust my pets with them ANY day of the week, they are FABULOUS! We had the worst experience at Bethel animal hospital, and we took our pet here instead. They have been kind, and nuturing, the staff is warm and caring. They feel like family. As long as I can get service like this, I will never go anywhere else!

I have been a client at All Creatures for over 5 years. They have taken care of my ferrets, my dogs and now my cat. They are extremely friendly and they have had the same staff from the time I started seeing them. I have had my pets see all three Doctors there; I prefer Dr. Little but the others are just as good. Cindy and Linda are both knowledgeable, caring and compassionate; if I ever have a question they will either give me an answer or find out right away. Their prices are a little high but the quality of care is worth every penny. I highly recommend All Creatures to anyone who wants them to care about their pets.

In August of this year my dog Molly who is one. Got very sick. She had lost 15 pounds of her body weight and would not get up to drink, eat, or go to the bathroom.
When I took her there I immediately told the Vet that I didnt have a lot of money to take care of my dog. Then she comes back with a $1,700 estimate for my dog which included her staying over night. I decided to take my dog home and try to take care of her myself. It didnt work and I had to take her back, this time they charged me and Emergency Vet fee even though it was during normal business hours because it was my 2nd time there. I had to leave Molly there over night, after running test, blood tests, and x-rays they still had no clue what was going on and I had a bill of $1900!

I took my cat there several months ago. The tests were expensive but the cat ended up being okay but I would not go back to this person. She was knowledgeable but cold and did not have a great bed side manner.

I had a very satisfying experience with my visits. My aged cat had been in and out of the hospital over the past 3 months with several problems. Saturday we noticed her hiding and vocalizing a lot. After taking her to the vet and performing tests to determine if there was a definitive cause for her distress, the doctor and I decided to humanely euthanize her to ease her suffering. I was explained that their doctor's do not euthanize the pet unless they are sure there isn't an "easy" fix, as some illnesses/are easy to fix. This is done in the best interest of the pet, as they described to me, as not all owners are aware of sometimes easy solutions. The Doctor was very compassionate and described all of my options in detail. I could have hospitalized her and see if she could rally back, but because she had had 2 prior problems over the last months, the doctor felt it was reasonable to end her suffering. I respect the fact that they were so caring and helpful. Thank you.

I took our dog there and it was ok. It wouldn't be a place I would go all of the time. The vet was a little on the "distant' side but then it might just be a vet thing. The prices seem average. I feed my dogs top end dog food and was a tad dissapointed that they didn't offer any of that or even suggest that.
