I've had three things done in the last year (tires, radiator, and front brakes) and I was very impressed by their honesty. The owner even told me to wait on getting rear tires because I didn't need them, and he charged me a lot less than he quoted on the front brake job. Highly recommended!

We have been having our family's cars taken care of here for more than 10 years. They don't try to rip us off and they treat us like family. They are knowledgeable about many makes and models (we've taken in Toyotas and Mercedes) and offer fair pricing from anything from service to parts. We trust them and value their opinion. Definitely would recommend!

We recently went to Covington Tire to have our truck's tailgate fixed and were very disappointed with their service. Not only did they NOT fix the tailgate, they never called us with the price of the part needed to repair it and they charged us $25! I will not be going back there again.

I have been taking my vehicles to Covington Tire Factory for repairs for the past 10 years. I have absolutely no complaints. The mechanics know their stuff and will not try to rip you off...it's important to know that you can trust someone with your vehicle & at Covington Tire, you will receive world-class, honest service.
