Had two leather couches refinished and redyed. Work was completed on time and well done when they were returned to me, but I was unhappy with the color. I called and they were extremely professional in handling the issue. Came back within a couple of days to pick up the couches and redye them. Returned them in a short period of time and the couches looked great. Very impressed with their customer service, something that is often hard to find.

I had an old chair recently refurbished at queen anne upholstery, they did amazing work, and the upholstery job was truly 2nd to none. The work wasn't cheap, but it was significantly cheaper than buying a new chair of the same quality. Thanks queen anne upholstery!

I recently wanted a chair and a half. I was really coveting something a friend had-a 1980's slipcovered version, but SO comfortable. I contacted QAU and with a few photos and some basic measurements. Now I have the chair and a half of my dreams! Really quality craftsmanship and they listened to my requests. I am extremely happy with the end result.

recently had Queen Anne Upholstery re-upholster my sofa and loveseat, the work is flawless...perfect seams, perfect work, and their service is impeccable.
The staff is knowledgeable and were also very helpful in suggesting design change ideas that could be done to my exiting sofas. Their fabric selection is very extensive, organized showroom with categorized samples to chose from, which may be checked out to see how they look at home!

They are not the cheapest ... ?but the Quality is very very good and I would certainly use them again.
