I have dealt with Cascade Northern Mortgage for several of my home loan needs. When we expanded to a 10 acre farm, Paul Mattila and his staff were prompt and effecient in meeting my financing needs. Paul went out of his way to obtain just the right loan to meet our specific needs. I will certainly use Paul and his staff for my real estate funding in the future
