All The Best Pet Care

I live on the Eastside of the state, and always make a point to stop into All The Best. They have items I can't find elsewhere, and I have been thoroughly pleased by the environment and staff. I just wish they were closer! :)

I have been shopping at the Queen Anne location of All The Best Pets for a few months now. I have had up until yesterday great interactions with the staff. They all have been very helpful and friendly. I was given 2 coupons to try the Nature's Variety dry and raw food that they sell. Mind you they were vouchers from the manufacturer. I was told that I could use the buy 1 get 1 coupons for a combination of both types of food. The first coupon I used was granted and did they not say anything otherwise. I went in yesterday and attempted to use the second coupon since our dog really loved the food. I was snapped at by the woman behind the counter. I was taken completely of guard. I was told that there was no way that we could combine the products for this offer. I explained to her that I was told by the staff that gave me the voucher that I was able to do that. She was very cold and said that obviously the person that told me that was wrong. In my personal experience in customer service when things of this nature have happened we always have honored the coupon and let the customer know that for the future the policy is different. Easy enough and everyone is happy. The business is not losing a customer and the store is still making money.

After being treated the way I was treated I will not shop at All The Best Pets again. I will take my business elsewhere. I was a customer of Mud Bay, then I found that ATBP was a friendly place.. Not anymore. I will be going back to Mud Bay.

i like this store because it has a large selection of pet accessories and supplies. you will be able to find anything from specialised food supplies to other pet accessories like leashes and collars here. they are all very affordable and they have good customer service. this is a very friendly place.

All the staff at All the Best are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about natural remedies and nutrition for dogs and cats. My dog loves to stop in for a treat whenever we are in the neighborhood, and they even remember my dog's name!

This place is great! They have a ton of special treats for pets and it is so obvious that the staff loves animals. They are really nice to everyone and always let your pet run around the store and give him treats. PArking can be difficult tho and it is a little pricey

I have a dog with very specific diet needs and the employees were so knowlegeable and helpful. It is so nice to see people truly loving their work!!!
