Dropped my car off for servicing and to take care of an annoying indicator light on tire pressure. Turns out the spare was low in tire pressure. The folks took care of it, along with the servicing/oil change. I'm good for another 3 months. Good people that know what they are doing.

We have been going to Gary and Mike for over 18 years. Recently my Mazda 3 was in an accident with a Metro Bus. Although the body shop fixed the external damage, we started to notice the car had a strong pull to the right. Not only did Mike and his techs test drive it, but did so with us in the car.
We figured out that it needed a new stabilizer bar. Instead of charging us for parts and to save us money, they sent us to an online resource where we purchased the part for cost, brought it in and they replaced it, sent the car next door to Firestone to re-align the tires, and only charged us for 2 hours labor.
There are 3 things you need in this town - a good doctor, a good haircut, but most of all a mechanic you can trust. We consider Mike and his Autosys family part of our family and would never consider anyone else to touch our vehicles.
Mike, Gary, Marcus, and the rest of the Autosys team are truly masters. They have seen us through at least 8 cars and even when we would purchase a new car, we would always go to Mike REGARDLESS what discount the dealer shop offered. We won't even let anyone else change the oil...THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!
In 18 years we have have had OUTSTANDING service, excellent results, and built a great rapport with the whole team. We've watched Mike become a new daddy, mourned the loss of Jeanine, and said prayers for Gary's wife Linda. We laugh with Marcus even when he's doing 10 things at once and the techs are always great to talk to and learn from.
We refer all of our friends to Autosys, including a very particular Boeing flight test engineer who is also an avid car collector. They haven't gone anywhere else since we referred them.

I want to especially mention the quality performance of Mike. Over the years I have seen him develop onto a first rate technician and leader. Our community is very fortunate to have him not just fixing our vehicles, but providing safe and reliable transportation on our roads. He has three rare qualities in your industry: He is competent, honest and pleasant. I can always count on Mike to explain in clear language what the status of my vehicle is and to help me prioritize the recommended service.

It was a little more that three years ago I was lucky enough to have my Jeep clutch fail at 520 and Redmond Way. I limped my prized 1985 Jeep into your shop hopping to find someone that wouldn't take advantage of my misfortune. Not only was I met by courteous individuals, but your staff promised to expedite my repair and inform me as to the cause and the cost of the clutch problem. I was preparing myself for a major repair bill. Mike called the next morning (Saturday), informing me that the clutch cable came loose and the repair was complete, total cost $55.00. I was surprised, shocked and quite pleased with the news. Because of your professionalism, honesty, and technical ability I found a new repair shop. The rest is history.

Since that time, your staff has completely taken care of all of the repairs needed for the aging (but cherished) Jeep (muffler, carburetor, shocks, rear end, cooling system and electrical system). It seems my son had a lot of fun driving the Jeep the 2 years he was in California, but failed to do any mechanical maintenance after his mountain adventures. Not only has my summer driving vehicle (Jeep) been essentially rebuilt by your staff, I have entrusted all repairs and maintenance for my 1990 Ford F150 Pickup and my daughters 1997 Toyota Avalon to your firm. My son, now responsible for his own vehicle, has actually continued the tradition and is bringing his 2002 Ford F150 pickup to your shop for repair and maintenance.

I have never been disappointed in your work, the timing of the repairs nor the fairness in your approach to customer satisfaction. My hat is off to Autosys. Thank you again for a job well done.

I have been a customer of Autosys for 15 years, they know there stuff. I was reading the other gentalmens reveiw and noticed he was uphappy about charges to loosen up his bolts, I too have had Autosys do this for me, and the part that the other guys review left out, was that the bolts were probably seized - or rusted and thats why he had Autosys do it in the 1st place! the bold probably needed time for the WD-40 to soak & lubricate, to prevent further damage. In turn it took longer to complete? I would say that $100 bucks is cheaper than the cost to drill, and extract broke bolts?

Pros: Best I know!

Took in my Mazda 3 for suspected electrical misfiring / idling a little rough - before a trip. Took two hours when they were not otherwise busy. Heard lots of excuses. Charged $200 and NOTHING was actually done except to hook up the computer and high voltage spark check. I complained and got lots of dancing around and more excuses trying to justify the rip off.

Instead, they said it was the engine mounts causing vibration at idle, not a misfire. Quoted over $700 to replace engine mounts.

Within the next week the coil failed while I was out of town. Obviously they could not do a simple diagnostic and any mechnaic would have uncovered the problem.

I took the car to a reputable dealer and asked for them to check the engine mounts for wear / signs of needing replacement. They confirmed that Autosys lied to me and there was no reason to need engine mounts.

On a previous visit, I suspected being over charged for poor service -- but this visit truly confirmed it.
Stay away - spread the word!

These guys are awesome! I had been taking my vehicle to another auto repair shop in Redmond with only a "AA" rating... Autosys is definitely a "AAA" establishment in my books. There prices are a little bit less then a dealership but their friendly environment and superior knowledge makes up for what any dealerships lack. I've found that as long as you aren't a "dueche-bag" these guys will treat you very fairly and are more than eager to educate you about your own vehicle. I've lived in Redmond a long time and I wish I had found these guys sooner!

I came here to get some bolts on my exhaust loosened so I could replace it with ease. I was charged $100 and had to wait over an hour for their staff to lift the car, break loose a few nuts, and put anti-seize on it-something that shouldn't have cost more than $20 and taken 30 minutes. Didn't tell me upfront how much it would cost, absurd prices, might as well have gone to the stealership.
