Had a pretty good experience browsing their lot one day. I went back a few days later and decided to test drive a 2006 Toyota Corolla that was in really good shape. It drove well, too. I asked if I could take it to an automotive shop to get it checked out. They agreed, and told me that they had already had their mechanics look at it. "It just needed an oil change" they said. "It's a great car". One of the sales reps drove it there for me while I was at work the next day. That was pretty cool.

The automotive shop called me the next day and explained to me that the car had obviously suffered major front-end collision damage. They could tell as soon as they put it up on the lift. They told the sales rep about their findings, and the sales rep took the car back. He never called me. I was slightly disappointed.

I went back a couple weeks later to see if they'd gotten anything else in... Guess what I saw? The same car for sale at the same price - which was above NATA and Kelley Blue Book. It seemed to me that they were trying to hide what had been discovered. Glad I took it to a trusted mechanic before buying.
