Reviews for A-1 & J & J Piano Movers

Ratings_icons Five times perfection!

Lori H.

I've used them for five moves of my baby grand, several of which were very difficult- stair access only, second floor levels. Never any problems, absolutely professional, prompt, accurate estimates and no damages to anything. Never compared prices because I didn't care to, one move was enough to sell me. These guys are simply the best.

Expensive but oh so worth it. These guys know their stuff and protect your floors too. They are so efficient and professional at what they do, they are in and out of your home in no time. It was mind boggling to me how quickly they moved my large grand piano and how well they did it. They weren't in a rush, they are just that good. They protected my floors, didn't ding a single wall, and didn't bang the threshold or the door. True professionals. I highly recommend them.

Ratings_icons Great Experience with these Movers

Elizabeth B.

I called in the morning about moving my VERY large upright piano, and they were available the same day. When they say not even a scratch, they mean it. My piano, hardwood floors, door frames, etc. all came through in pristine shape. They were also quite friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

Ratings_icons Best piano movers Ive seen yet

Leslie L. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,787

These are by far the best piano movers Ive ever seen anywhere. As a student, Id wanted to rent a piano, so I found their sister business, A1 Piano Sales and Rentals, in the yellow pages. I rented a Yamaha upright, a huge heavy instrument, and they moved the whole thing into the second story of my rented house after negotiating a short driveway that opened right onto busy 15th Ave and wooden stairs that curved around 180 degrees. Nothing got dinged not the piano, not the doorjamb, nothing. When it came time to return the piano, they did the whole thing again, even faster. They have my highest recommendation!

We had a bad experience with moving our
own piano so hired A1 the last time. Let
me tell you, if you need something moved
use these guys!
