A little service center that services Macintosh computers exclusively.
I took my Powerbook to them when I broke the part in the back where the power cord plugs in, and I found them to be very helpful - much more helpful than the other places I contacted in Seattle. For one thing, the guy I talked to here was the only person out of all the places I talked to who offered to FIX the part rather than replacing it with a new one which would have been much more expensive. And in addition to that, while he had it open, he found some other minor problem which he fixed for no additional charge!
