I had two pea coats I needed dry cleaned and sewn back up - one got ripped from the seam on the belt, and the other had a large hole in the arm (I took it to this alternations place in Wallingford and they refused to fix it, saying it couldn't be fixed - I asked them if they could even do a patch over it, and they said no). The woman at Cotton Cleaners took a look at both jackets and for the hole in the arm said she would try her best, but made no promises. I dropped these items off on Wednesday night and thought I wouldn't see them for at least a week - she told me to come back on Saturday to pick them up. I returned Saturday morning and both jackets looked great - the one with the hole in the arm wasn't perfect (obviously I knew this when I dropped it off), but it looked as great as it possibly could (she took extra material from the inside flap and was able to sew it under the hole). On top of that their pricing is very reasonable - she charged me $7 each to fix both jackets - and now they look like new again. I just tried this place out on a whim and I definitely recommend it to others seeking a nice and reasonably priced dry cleaners that does the job right and has a quick turnaround!

I brought a number of blouses and slacks to have dry-cleaned here. I also brought in a handbag that I tried to have cleaned at a number of specialty handbag cleaning/repair places (they refused and said it would not come out) in the hopes they might be able to help me with a tough stain on the bag. The sales clerk told me she would try something so I left the handbag with her in the hopes that whatever she tried might save my bag.

The blouses/slacks were ready in about 3 business days which I think is standard. They quoted me about a week for the handbag. I actually ended up completely forgetting about the bag and left it with them for nearly a month. When I eventually picked it up, they didn't seem to mind at all that I left it for so long. And, my bag was SPOTLESS. I was surprised at how well they removed that stain! The price for the cleaning was also shockingly low so I felt the need to tip a little extra.

This business goes the extra mile for you and I would highly recommend their services.

PROS: Very efficient cleaning, affordable, helpful staff
CONS: Can't think of anything.
