What a great place to do business. The staff is friendly and fast with their quotes.
We recently decided to look for a new insurance carrier. Our previous company was in Oregon and sold out to a bigger company located in the southern part of the U.S. I asked a friend for a referral and he sent me to Pickett. Thank you Terry!
Our new agent placed me with a Washington based company that handles both our cars and home. Our insurance rate was reduced considerably and when I call I talk to a live person, not a voice mail that often can land me in "voice mail jail".
