My wife and I bought two Schwinn Mountain Bikes at the Bonney Lake Bicycle Shop. Schwinn Frontier Elite. The bikes and accessories cost $1436.80. We are very unhappy with this shop. First of all we noticed when we got home that we did not recieve our owners manuals. We actually had to ask for them. The bikes we purchased came with hand grips but my wife wanted some pink ones so we spent the extra ten dollars for them. We were not given the original hand grips which would seem a no brainer since we paid for them. The last straw came today. We took our bikes in last Monday for tune-ups. We were told it would take a week. We gave them our number and were assured someone would call when the bikes were ready. No one called. We had to make the effert. Then to add insult to injury. I noticed that the thirty dollar front fender I bought for my bike was missing. When I told the clerk he flattly denied that it was ever there. We bought matching fenders for both bikes. Front and back. Someone at that bike shop stole that fender off my bike and when I called them on it they call me a liar. We are finding a new bike shop to do business with and telling anyone we can about the rude service and the thief at Bonney Lake Bike Shop of Sumner.

My wife and I wanted to get into cycling and knowing nothing about it we thought if we went to a bike shop we would be taken care of.
The first sales person seemed uninterested in helping us since we were not buying a 2000.00 race bike.
We came back another day and were helped by a young man that sold us bikes that do not fit us properly. And we asked about bike fit before we left the store and were told it was not nessasary. Rode about 30 miles and peddle fell off one of the bikes took back and had to leave it at the shop for a week to get fixed. We now have two bike that we don,t enjoy riding, and are now looking at buying other bikes.

I stopped in to get a bike repaired. They took it in the back and did it right then- a short wait and I was on my way all fixed. I was able to browse their selection while waiting and they have some beauties. Wide variety too.

Bonney Lake Bicycle Shop is now located in Downtown Sumner, WA. It's still a quaint little shop, has a variety of quality bicycles. The repair shop is very good and are very quick and good priced.

Bonney Lake bike shop is a friendly little shop that I would highly recommend to purchase any types of bicycles at. They have everything from road bikes to mountain bikes to unicycles. For every bike purchased they provide free yearly tune ups.
