Their service mimics those rotten commercials. I finally left after 20 minutes of being told I really didn't want the high quality I was looking for.(is a 20 minute wait for bad service a recurring theme here or what) If I lowered my standards I could get so much more for my money. I ended up at E.E. Robbins and saw just what I was looking for....quality, unique designs, an unvoidable lifetime warranty, AMAZING diamonds. Truly E.E. Robbins will blow you away with their customer service. While I was there a customer had smashed her diamond ring-they said they would fix it for FREE. misunderstood is just plain confused.

The Shane co offers some of the BEST customer service. Its seems as though they are short staffed, so you should be patient. Ask questions, they WANT to help! They were so helpful when i purchased my ring, and they are always very friendly. I work retail, so i am very understanding, unlike alot of people who are quite unreasonable. EE Robbins lies and voids their warranty if they have to best price, and they have "catalog styles"- who wants to have the same ring as their neighbor. And Jareds charges you for a warranty! The Shane co is one stop,one payment and everything is taken care of forever, for nothing! Its free!! They are do not catalog anything,since there styles change constantly, and they are a great deal as long as you ok with openly disscussing your price range, they DO have something for everyone!! This is a must see!!

This place has a great selection and reasonable prices, but they are very busy and it takes awhile to get helped. We were pleased once we got help, but if you want top notch service this isn't the place to go.

When me and my husband went to go look for a ring, we thought that the commercials on the radio were true. They said that it was for young people just starting out, not with a lot of money. They said they had a huge variety and great customer service. I am going to say that not even 1/4 of this is true, at least it wasnt for us. We went in, and it took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there. Then there selection was crap. On top of that, what they did have was extremly expensive. It was easy for us to walk out!
