Dirty and Disorganized Daycare  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I sent my son there (Bellevue location) part time when I was in desperate needs, but it didn't last for more than two days. The facility is dark and dirty: Anyone can wear outdoor shoes inside where the children play and crawl on the floor. The staff at the front desk is unprofessional and hard to get hold of, sometimes the cook answers the phone! The teachers are mixed, some are very young working part time, and most of them don't show the caring or loving for the kids. The daily activity report doesn't give much information. My son was scared and still shaken even after we got home from that place. He is now much happier in another daycare. I am actually surprised that it is still in business. By the way, the front desk staff is related to the director (they're sisters).

great place  4 Star Rating - Very good

I put my son here for two months. when inquiring about it i spoke to one of the persons incharge who was extremely good to talk to. I told her i was looking for half days and she not only accepted me but also advised me as to when was the best time for my son to go to daycare so that he can learn most from it.

I can't believe it's running 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I could not believe how my family was treated. The staff was clueless to the children. They had no answers to simple questions such as questions about my son's soiled clothes or a bite on his arm. The assistant director was nice at first and then all of the sudden rude and snappy. The director is unreachable either by phone or in person. There are a few staff members that were helpful but then others that can't speak english or didn't care and would be rude. The staff in general are unhappy and rude and the children bored.

Pros: convenient location
Cons: dirty, unhappy, unpleasant

A nurturing, caring environment for infants, cruisers and waddlers, too! 5 Star Rating - World class

Part-time infant care with a "home-like" feel is hard to come by. Lil' People's World Infant Center offers the best of both worlds and more. The Infant Center is a great home-away-from home. In fact, it was a home at one point and the character and warmth of the home still fills the center. The staff is ultra-caring staff. The classrooms are safe and clean classrooms. And the diversity of it's students reflect our community. Our 1-year-old has florished there and continues to enjoy every moment she's in their care. When we pull into the lot, she instantly becomes excited and happy to be there.

Lil' People's World holds a special place in my heart as it was my home-away-from-home nearly 30 years ago. I spent the first 6 years of my life there and feel proud to be able to share the experience with my daughter.

Pros: Home-like feel, great staff, diverse meal options, price
Cons: It's a bit far from my home.

Great place for your child to learn and grow 5 Star Rating - World class

My daughter has been at Lil' People's World going on 3 years and I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff. They not only teach my child the essentials, they honestly care about her. If she is having a bad day they will give her that something extra to make her day better. Each and every one of her teachers take the time to talk to me, this is comforting as a mom. They do so many neat things there such as pony pictures....this is huge with my child. Last week they had McGruff the crime dog in to talk with the kids and do ID packets. They have taught my child numerous things, given her a comfortable place to be while my husband and I work and have treated her so wonderful that she truly loves and cares for her teachers.

Best Teachers, Great classroom sizes...Highly recommended! 5 Star Rating - World class

Lil People's World has provided my son and I such a wonderful experience! Having had a chance to see my son interact with the environment of Lil People's World for almost a full year, I would give my full recommendation for their Bellevue center. My son has grown more confident, happier, and has made me feel so much better about leaving him at daycare during my workdays.
