BUYER BEWARE! Had the worst car buying experience in my life at All Star Ford off Cooper Pt Dr-test drove newer Suzuki Forenza,was told bumpy ride was because car needed new shocks,even quoted 250 to fix, they said they just got car in hadnt been safety tested yet and for a 3000 car they couldnt put that money into it to do test,said they knew it was a great car just needed new shocks. Our agreement was I would pay 3200 that included test (me paying for test) but if test showed anything I considered major I could get my money back for car and safety test,they even offered to drive paperwork to me because it was the last day of the month and they wanted to do what was needed to make sale. When I called to make arrangements to meet to do final paperwork the double talk started, we would not get our money back for safety test and when you buy a 3000 car you will have problems and we already knew that it needed new struts-for 2 days we were told it needed new shocks,not new struts big diffrence in price,they kept repeating when you buy a 3000 car you will have problems. A different story then it's a great car needs new shocks.I am so glad to see how this dealer really operates before i got ripped off, they obviously knew there were issues.

I bought a new 2008 model car here in August. My experience was OK. I felt like they were a little pushy and some of their sales staff clearly didn't know much about the cars we were test driving.

I can not say enough good things about the customer service I received. Sano, I believe is a manager really worked with me and got me the most discounts he could. Wallace, my sales rep. was excellent! He answered all my questions and was very friendly. Shaena, in finance, was excellent. She was very personable and quick. (and pretty good looking too...always a bonus!!) All in all, I have recieved everything they said I would and now drive my new 2008 expedition! I will recommend them to my friends and family.

We took our truck in for a warranty issue and they broke our transmission. They cited that even though it was in their care they were not responsible. They claimed that they couldn't get the truck in gear from the beginning but I have paper work that states they took it for a test drive. My transmission is completely inoperable and they claim all it needs is a service but we have to pay for it. I don't recommend taking any vehicle here. After talking with other family they too have stories of rude sales personnel and service techs. There is NOTHING "all star" about all star ford!

All Star Ford has good bargains. Their customer
service is excellent and they really try hard to
keep their customers happy. I use them
a lot for service and have never been disappointed.
