I have just found out that the certified pre-owned 2009 Infiniti FX35 that I bought from Infiniti of Kirkland on November 17th, 2011 was involved in a collision before I bought it and this information was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The only way that I was able to find out about it is when I took my vehicle to a different dealership to attempt to trade it in. You can imagine my shock when they told me that they would not accept the vehicle because it had been in a collision on January 14th, 2010 and has a bad Carfax report. They also said that even IF they did accept such vehicles, the value has been diminished by $5000, but that Infiniti doesnt even keep cars on the lot with bad Carfax reports. I attempted to contact Infiniti of Kirkland to resolve this issue, but the only resolution they offered me was to accept the car as a trade in and attempt to sell me another vehicle, which was un-successful. I have taken the vehicle to a paint and body shop and received written proof that the vehicle has been repaired and re-painted. Im not sure what to do from here. I would have NEVER accepted the vehicle if I would have known that it has been in a collision; and now I am stuck with a vehicle that I cant trade in because of the bad Carfax report. Prior to this vehicle, I was in a lease from the same dealership (Infiniti of Kirkland) on a 2010 Infiniti G37 hard top convertible; the lease would have expired by now and I would not have had any negative equity rolled into a wrecked vehicle that I cant get rid of.

Working with Sunhil was a great experience. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule and did most of the up front negotiating with me over the phone! Once I made it to the dealership he was quick and got me and out with a new car in a timely fashion. I appreciate the "no hassle, no bs" style...I truly hate buying cars and this was a good experience.

My family has been going to this Infiniti dealership for years and will continue to do so because of the wonderful cars and the outstanding Customer Service department. Everyone in the department is wonderful.
We however always go to Linda Ross..she is the best!
She is one of the main reasons we keep on wanting to buy Infiniti's. It's rare to find someone you can really trust and we so appreciate it. Never had a bad experience there.

The worst dealership experience ever. I went to lease G37 (based on $319/month TV and internet ads). I experienced sleazy sales tactics, Steve (Sales Manager) could not explain different fees and numbers in the lease, I had to point out miscalculations few times (i.e. there is no delivery charge for VPP plan, etc).
First, they said the region does not buy cars advertised in lease special, then the salesperson did not know about Nissan VPP plan. Fortunately, I had VPP plan materials on my laptop. The dealership, basically, gave me a price (380/month on the lease).
When I started to ask about details of the fees and write them down, Steve literally screamed at me and my wife, rudely requested "to leave the premises", and threatened to call the police(!!!). I asked for his full name and a name of General Manager - he refused to provide the names to me. I will definitely complain to the corporate office, but I have to warn everyone to never deal with this dealership.
