Mere words cannot describe the absolutely sickening "Treatment", or to be more precise, the miss-treatment I suffered during the several months that I endured with Gentle Dental. None of my treatment was "Gentle", in fact the greedy little ----- that worked on my mouth was totally, and I do mean totally unconcerned with any stage of my comfort while I was there. Everything that was done was in a complete "Rush-Job" manner. He thought nothing of shoving an enormous and very long syringe deep into my upper palette in order to deliver the most Novocain in the quickest manner, consequently, it was some of the most intense pain I've ever felt. I've had other dentists work on my upper palette in the past (and present) and they always delivered the numbing medication in stages and increments so that I didn't have to go through any discomfort. But not this money-grubbing little jerk. If that wasn't enough, they nickle and dimed me until all my insurance money was gone very quickly, for precious few procedures, even billing me $100.00 for a "Missed Appointment" that I called and canceled on days in advance. And, to top it off, the only thing that he was concerned about was root-canals and crowns. Ironically, root-canals that were done on several teeth, were according to another dentist after the fact, beyond saving, and the temporaries that they built-up didn't even last a week to receive their crowns. The one filling of a cavity that he did perform needed to be replaced (by another dentist), less then a month after he filled it, and this dentist was trying to figure out exactly what he used to fill it with! I could go on listing more outrageous billings of shoddy dental work, but I think you get the picture. "Gentle Dental" is corporation dentistry with many different locations. A oral hygienist that was cleaning my teeth there admitted the pressure and stress that they are put under during monthly meetings to increase profits and business. She told me that she wanted to ask the creeps in charge "What do you want us to do, pull people off the street and stuff them into our chairs?" Their only concern is making as much money as quickly as possible, and to hell with the patients. The dentist that took over my care knew all about them, and explained how they preyed upon their patients, mainly hiring fresh dental school graduates and placing totally unreasonable weekly income generating expectations from them. He even suggested I bring a law suit against them for many reasons. I am seriously considering doing just that. Every single penny that they sucked out of me was for nothing, and I literally have nothing to show for it, except for a harsh lesson learned. I feel that the internet is a blessing, allowing people to warn others to stay away from predatory and unconscionable businesses. Do yourself a favor, get advise from others before you let anyone do any kind of work on your teeth in this country. There are dentists out there that are only concerned with maximizing their profits at your expense, (I believe most dentists chose this profession because it pays much more than even a regular MD could ever hope to make). Listen to others warnings and check into their practice, otherwise you may suffer horrible consequences.

I first walked in the Gentle Dental with high hopes. I was ready to get this pain in my mouth taken care of. The people in the front were nice and took care of my insurance. The assistance was helpful. But when the dentist got in, it was fast. He observed my whole mouth in about two minutes and I believe that he didn't care that it hurt. Then he told me where the pain was and what was causing the pain. When asked if he's going to fix it, he just said that we need to reschedule and that he's going to give me pain killers. So I left gentle dental that day, with still a toothache, prescription for pain killers and an unsatisfied look. And I had to come back in two weeks.

My whole family goes to the folks in Battle Ground. Good experience for my then 5 year old daughter. She didn't like anyone messing with her mouth and Dr. Puh was excellent very patient and kind. My husband has a hard schedule at work and he can always get in a cleaning anytime he likes with Gentle Dental.

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Antolin to get a crown and implant done. Dr. Antolin is a great guy and great dentist. I have had dental issues since a bicycle accident 20 years ago, and I am very familiar with long and grueling dental procedures. So I appreciate a dentist who takes the time to explain things to me and makes me feel like he really cares. I highly recommend Dr. Antolin to anyone.

Honestly I feel I got lucky getting referred to him.

I see Dr. Antolin for my general dentistry needs and he is very skilled and a down-to-earth person, trustworthy person (and funny too).

The people up front are very nice and helpful.

Gentle Dental will give you a 25 dollar credit if someone you refer to them makes an appointment.

They are very good at working with you and your insurance and they know the insurances very well so there are no surprises when you get your bill.

PROS: Professional, curteous service
CONS: None
